Attorney David T. Sale:
Mr. Sale vigorously defends individuals accused of all criminal and DUI cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies. He practices in both State and Federal Courts, and has extensive experience with violent crimes cases, DUI, drug offenses and all misdemeanors and felonies. His experience as Assistant Florida State Attorney gives him a unique perspective on Florida criminal law that can provide you with a significant advantage in today's legal system.
Prior to opening his own criminal defense firm, Mr. Sale worked as an Assistant Attorney General in the criminal appeals division of the Florida Attorney General’s Office from 1993-1944, and as a Prosecutor for the Broward County State Attorney’s Office from 1994-1997.
Mr. Sale received his Bachelor of Science degree from Gettysburg College in 1990, and graduated from Nova Southeastern Law School in 1993. He was admitted to practice law in Florida in 1994, and is bilingual in Spanish and Portuguese. Mr. Sale is a member of the Florida State Bar Association’s Criminal Law and Young Lawyer’s Division.
Mr. Sale’s areas of concentration are Criminal Defense, DUI/DWI, Violent Offenses, Misdemeanors and serious felonies including: armed kidnapping, armed car jacking, armed burglary, robbery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, all drug charges and driving under the influence.
Scott Sale was an Assistant State attorney in West Palm Beach, Florida from 1996-2000. Prosecuted all misdemeanor and felony crimes including juvenile and economic crimes.
